ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Parties at Westchester Gymnastics are action-packed, entertaining and hassle free.  Our instructors are in the gym with the children for a fun-filled and unforgettable birthday party.         

 

Our experienced and energetic instructors lead games, pit races, obstacle courses and other playful activities.  Our instructors also aid in providing maximum safety and excel in giving personal attention.

 

After an hour of gymnastics fun, the group moves into our private room for refreshments.  You supply the food and beverages, we provide helping hands, tables, chairs, music and a refrigerator.

 

Ages: 2 years plus.  Any child under the age of 4 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Our staff will tailor your party to meet each person's ability and special needs.

 

We Provide:

• Staff

• Refrigerator and Freezer

 

You Bring:

• Cake, Beverages and other food

• Candles, cups, napkins, utensils plates and table cloths

 

Cost:  For 1 Hour and 45 Minute Parties

• $225 for first 10 participants                                      

• $15 for each additional participant

 

Reservations:

• A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the party date and time

Other Important Information:

 

• Party hosts should arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party

• Party hosts will be able to set the party room up a half an hour after your party starts in the gym
